Can't instal the HP tuner

Guys how come I can not install HP tuners more than two times?
I had to format my computer and not the Version will be 0.0.0.0. ??
Please help

I've seen stuff about the "update" versions requiring the
original version to be in place. If you formatted the drive,
tty installing the original version and then the update
(unless the 1.5 -is- your original, then I have no clue).

Do be sure you kill all antivirus programs, especially the
sneaky background monitor ones.

HI jimmyblue, how are you doing today my friend.
when I try to install the software it will not complet? it will just freez. I tried it on another computer and the same problem happend. And the version will be as 0.0.0.0. does this software use for number of times?

Do you have anti-virus s/w installed such as Nortons? Try disabling it before installing.
