No problem whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I use my car's battery to run my laptop for all functions including flashes. Just make sure your battery is properly charged and you'll be fine. Remember that with this software the typical flash takes less than 30 seconds. If your battery is charged enough to handle that, shame on you.
