upgrade questions. is the 1.5 update the sam

for a camaro and a c5. If i were to buy a 2nd vehicle for my cable, are there two different updates ill have to d/l every time or would the same update work for both cars?

Dave, if you purchase 2 seperate cables you have 2 seperate updates.

If you add support to your existing interface you will only have 1 update to download.

ok but your actual update is the same platform to platform? I assume you dont have to make a different update for every single car out there.

Dave, the "update" is a combination of many things.

Many new software features...

As far as parameter support for the various vehicles, well.. unfortunately ya many of the vehicle types out there require their own update.

no the update pertains to a particular cable. For VCM Suite STD, you can have up to 2 vehicles supported on one cable. For Pro it is unlimited.

If you add a second vehicle to your existing cable, you will just get one update.
