Where do I find my "customer ID"???

I'm trying to do the "upgrade for 1.5" and it says to put in the "customer ID" of 00001222222255 (or whatever your cable shows). However, I don't see anything like that on my cable or CD. What am I missing? ???

If you open the VCM scaner then click on help then click on VCM SUITE INFO a window should open click on get info, you should see what you are looking for there.
You can also click on about after you click on help which will give you the Serial # (same as you're customer ID) ,this can be done in the editor scaner or the flash.
