vats disable

OK, I see you have a 2000 Fbody in your Sig....

I was told that Serial choice would disable the theft fuel enable...

I use 99 and 2000 GTP code and this has VATs disabled already.

Did this happen after a flash to the PCM? I know there was some problem with the VATs on 1.5 and a email was sent out indicating for V6 users to download 1.5.1...

i went from 1.4.6 to 1.5.1
i never loaded 1.5 because of the email.
i am also having a problem connecting when trying the use the flasher but the scanner works fine.

You cannot use the VCM Flasher if the Scanner is open.. So close the scanner, then open the Flash to make the changes to the VCM.

Your going to need to detail more of your problem to figure out what is wrong in the VATs area.

Can you put the stock file back into the VCM and get the car started?

Why do you need VATs disabled on a Fbody that has a BCM to supply the VCM with the theft fuel enable signal?

vats is cool now . one of the wires in the ignition switch had broken. so a new switch and a pair of keys and i am rolling again.
