can't open vcm suite.

ok, i KNOW it is something stupid or im missing something, but...

i just got hp tuners today. i install the program, but cannot view it? i must have missed the directions or something but all i can ever do is keep installing the program, i havn't been able to actually access the vcm.flash or vcm.editor. i have the 3 icons but they do nothing and the one icon is the install wizard, so wtf!!?

i have so far tried on 3 different computers with the same results.

i also am not able to access the "help" link on this forum so there goes that idea (it comes up "not available&quot



probably something stupid, but i can't figure it out so please help asap..

Make sure you have any antivirus programs stopped,
including any background monitors that might balk the
install. Several antiviruses use the same .bin suffix as
HPTuners, for their own ends, Norton really interferes
badly and should be shot.

damn- quick reply! in fact all 3 systems use "norton" so i guess i'll try disabling that on the labtop.
