    Speedo calibration on 2001 V6

When HP Tuners first came out, I remember there being an issue with calibrating the speedometer on the drive-by-wire V6's. Does the current version suport the calibration for my car?

Also, since I switched from a 3.23 to a 3.42 rear end, my cruise control does not work above 75 mph. Does anybody know if calibrating the speedometer (or adjusting anything else) will fix this problem?

yes it does. In 1.3 you have to set the ppm value by hand. But its pretty simple.

    3.42/3.23 X (stock ppm value)

we really put a LOT of effort into making the speedo stuff a lot more user friendly. Believe me, GM couldn't have made this worse if they tried.

I mean of course *everyone* wants to calibrate their speedo based on tailshaft RPM per mile, and sensor pulses per mile and rev... and then play tricks on the PCM when you have the VSS mounted on the axle... yeah?
