Info on HPtune

I realize that this might be already answered or in the product info but I need an answer fast. I have 04 Z06 and have not had such a car since my 69 Z/28 and 68 427 Vette. I've been with a turbo'ed Eclipse that last few years that have no ability to program their computers.
I am having the car dynoed but I would like to be abl;e to store the factory program and then also the program that the tuner creates from the dyno run. Is this possible with this product or if not is there one that will alow me to do this.

You can read the factory program and store it to your hard drive. From there you can re-name each succesion of the file while keeping your stock tune
