Just operated os to 2bar and now no/hard start..HELP

must be missing something simple here. Using 2 bar part # su1477 (wells). Drove car yesterday before the os and new map upgrade with no problems. I copied my ve from my old tune to the new one. Map reads 0 until i attempt to start and the it jumps to around 50. using the factory map electrical connection and im running a vacum line from my vacum block (which is directly off the manifold) to the new map. Got to be something simple im missing.

MAF isn't failed. VE is all 519. You're not even close.

PS having the MAP on a vacuum line, coming off a block is not the idle setup. Would be much, much better if it was directly exposed to manifold vacuum.

pretty sure im screwed Now after the reflash my fuel pump wont even come on with the key. I can command it on with the scanner to prime. no start and now a p0606. 98 ls1. no errors when relflashing. when i turn the key on now the pump kicks in for less than a 1/8th of a sec and quits. the beta version worked fine...i just had to download the net framework to run it.

P0606 indicates a write error(this usually occurs when you try and flash in a differen t operating system but use write cal only instead of write entire which will fry the pcm every time).
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Yeah P0606 is not good. If you can't recover it let me know. I have 97-98 PCMs in stock.

Yeah I have had one 98 do this only nothing was done wrong as far as OS mismatch, the PCM just took a dump... ended up swapping the guy's car over to 99-02 style PCM for free because I felt bad for the fella.

Seeing as you are boosted (I assume since your going with 2bar) I would take this opportunity to go ahead and upgrade to the newer PCM! Obviously you'll need to do a pin swap but the plugs themselves are the same.

as luck would have it i actually have an 01 pcm that has a 3bar sd os that was sold to me with hptuners from a guy on ls1tech. I have had a time finding the pin swap procedure. havent really searched hard on it though. I guess this is all part of learning.
