trans acting up after speedo fix

Changed my speedo settings from stock 3.08 rear end and 26.2'' tire to my new 3.73 rear end and 25.7'' tire. Now the transmission shifts late, like ~3000rpm for the 1-2 regardless of throttle position. And the 2-3 shift seems late as well, although not as late as the 1-2. It takes a much longer time to decide it wants to go into overdrive as well.

Also, the transmission will not shift at WOT in 1st or 2nd, it just bangs off the rev limiter until I let off the throttle.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: My one thought was that modifying the speedo table does not modify the shift points, leaving that for you to do by hand. Is that the case?

If you adjust your speedo scalars you will need to adjust the shift point tables to match up to the new ratios.

You didn't scale the transmission tables. Go back and do that. Then you can fine tune your shift points if they're still off.
