Changing RPM limit and A4 shift delay

After reading the PCM and opening the file with VCM Editor. I open Engine, General, Fuel Control, Fuel cutoff, then adjust under RPM Limits.
    P/N Cutoff RPM,
    P/N Resume RPM,
    Bad Vss Cutoff RPM,
    Bad Vss Resume RPM.

Can I make these changes and save them directly to the PCM?

I'm still working on the Upshift and downshift settings. Not sure how to adjust yet. Still reading the help file.

    Thanks
    Rich

Those you mention are all for "abnormal conditions".
You also (most importantly) want the Cutoff RPM vs
    Gear.

Check out the spreadsheets thread in the V8 General
section and some of my .bins on Horist's site for some
ideas about part throttle shift tables. Bearing in mind
    the differences between setups, etc.
