I'm wondering if this is possible or has been tried yet.
I just bought HP Tuner off someone, but do not have a laptop to install it to.
However, getting a laptop from the loan pool at work for weekend tuning is no problem
Since I'm not guaranteed the same laptop each time, I'm looking for an easy way to do things. Instead of installing and removing each time, I'd like to install the program to a memory stick and just run it off of there.
Can I do this? Aside from speed (I'd get one of the fast usb 2.0 sticks), what issues would I face? Does HPT need to write items to the registry or drop drivers in the windows directory that I'd be missing?
Thanks,
Jeff
