    Problem Installing hptuner in my laptop

    I had to reboot my laptop and when i tried to install hptuner agian it always give me this message " program not responding" tried it in my desktop pc and the issue came agian ... canyou help me please ....ID# 00000A3360 v 1.5.2

    Does it install on any other machine?

    Do you have norton anti virus running?

    no it does not.

    yes i have norton anti virus in my lap top should i uninstall it??
