ecm swap fuel gauge off need help

I have a 1999 k3500 7.4 truck that had the black box ecm I did the 411 swap and trying to get this thing tuned in and starting to make progress. But I just went to gas station to fill it up and the pid for fuel is showing 26.25 gallons after fill up gauge is only showing 3/4 tank. Truck has a 34 gallon tank in it. I don't think fuel gauge has been right since I have owned the truck because I have never gotten more than 25 gallons in it and gauage was showing really really low. I compared then numbers from my old tune verse new 411 and the tables are not the same so I am lost but like I said never think it was right. The first tune is my 411 tune (vedone) and second is old black box tune(tcc lock).

I have played around with it a tad more but still don't think it is completely correct. I am not sure what is the correct way to get this all setup. Here is current tune which is closer.

I'm assuming your 1999 2500 truck is a GMT400 Body Style. If so, the Gen3 calibration will not run the 98 fuel gauge. There are a few parameters for the fuel gauge that need to be changed that are not editable in HPTuners or EFILive. Tunercats has the parameters.

Your fuel gauge should work fine, you aren't running the Gen3 calibration.
