    Scanner files

Guys I just got my shipment of VCM 1.5.
Am I supposed to be able to save my scanner logs and play pack at a later time?????
If so I cant retrieve info after I save.
The Grey bar at the top of the scanner just blinks at me....
I've tried three times and the same result.. I can actually see the .cfg file and select it. but once it opens the grey bar just blinks...
    Thanks in advance...

after you scan, Scan->Save Data As. To playback, go to Logging->Open Log file.

    Re: Scanner files

    Chris,

When i go to save the scanned data file, the program automatically saves it as a .cfg file format, I try to open the scanned file later to view data and it automatically tries to find a .hpl format witch isnt there cos of the way it was saved previously....

If i tyr to open the .cfg file it loads it, but i try to play back and i get a connect error 8012..

Sorry for the head ache, but i cant even get passed step one.

    Thanks Mark

    Chris

I just worked it out, I was saving config as instead of save data as.

Ooops, you replied at the same time, thanks for the help, especially on a saturday night.

Nothing beats taking my time and checking for old posts...
    Thanks Mark
