It's probably a small piece of plastic from the enclosure.
The case snaps together and a tab may have broken during the assembly process.
All of the parts are surface mounted and covered in epoxy. So the chances of something comming loose are slim to none.
You can send it back if you like.

Just got mine and it rattles too. Hopefully when I try it tomorrow there are no problems.
Thanks for both of your posts and we do appologize for the rattle.
We will definately add a "check for rattles" to our pre-shipping checklist to help prevent these in the future.

Mine works with no problems. I haven't tried uplading yet, but I'm sure it will be fine.
Now, if I can only figure out where to begin tuning.....!
Got mine today!! Rattles... works fine!! I think the rattle scares away the glitch demons!!!
