getting bin file?

what am i not doing correctly? I ran flash and downloaded the bin file from the vcm and when prompted" to save file as" .... i gave it a name but i cant seem to save it.

where it says *.bin at the bottom, in that text field enter in something like

stock file.bin

Chose a location you can remember with the upper drop down box and then hit save.

I entered in "stock file.bin" and hit save, nothing happened, I'll give it another try. Thanks

Try it as "stockfile" with no spaces or ".bin" extension. I never add the extension ".bin", it does that for me . Something to try while you wait for Keith.
