    cobalt-lic write error

    hi Bill,
    I purchased credits for a file i need to edit.
    I got the file from who tuned it by e mail.
    edit that file and try to write it to car and get error-
    can not edit
    is it tune locked?
    Thanks
    1st file nvt,hpt is e mailed file
    2nd file nvtfierraro kit.hpt is my adjusted file im trying to load

    Files both open & license fine for me. What error are you seeing?

    just tried agin with full charge on battery this is what i get when i try to write...
    VIN not detected

    so i enter VIN

    Then i get a
    Lic Error Box
    It Says...
    Requested access Fail
    Unable to License vehicle you can not license vehicle that VCM editor is unable to gain access to

    That beta is from like 3 years ago, please update. If you don't have access on your customer page email support for access.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    My customer page shows 2.22 april 2008-so i guess a email?

    lol thats just a reminder at how long we have been stuck in beta
