    i ordered 2 credits???

    i think i had an issue, i didnt receive any confirmation but my bank account was charged, any idea on how long it normally takes to receive them?

    mine always come through quick... check if your email flagged it as spam maybe?

    Are you using a Hotmail account?

    Unfortunately it seems Hotmail blocks auto emails from HPT.

    If you are using hotmail I would recommend using a different email providers, log into your HPT account and change your email address and the request latest app key again.

    From what we could tell no credits were actually ordered, nothing went through our system at least. The charges will likely drop off of his account within a few days(they didn't come from us though).
