Can find with Search...LM-1 vs HPT Reading is off

I have seen the topics before, but cant find it. I hooked up my LM-1, Sheild to black, white to white, programmed the LM-1 for output 0=10 5=20. I went to the Scanner added the LM-1 to EIO Pid Input one, and when I log, the LM-1 = 14.xx & HPT reports 11.xx? I have tried my wits end. What next.

    Thanks

does the HPT value stay constant or does it fluctuate? I thought the white wire was the secondary output of the LM1 (but may be mistaken) ... you can test it really easily by monitoring the output voltage of the LM-1 ... if the LM-1 is reporting around 2.5 volts then seems it's ok, I would check your LM1 PID (create a custom one)

worst case you can try setting up both outputs to 10-20 0-5 and try again ... it's very doubtful it's a problem w/the HPT cable or software... likely a problem w/the value the LM-1 is outputting

yeah i personally just set both of the ouputs for 10-20 0-5 so it doesnt matter which one i hook in.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

It's been nearly a year now since I last used my LM-1
but I recall having to use one particular of the EIO
inputs, the others were mapped to other WB types'
functions and I couldn't deduce how to make the
assignment play clean (just kept trying until the
numbers made sense). Hook the LM-1 up to the PC
direct, LMconfig program will tell you what the LM-1
output curve is; that has to be consistent with the
HPTuners curve. This is what the problem sounds
like to me. I have had the LM-1 revert to a profile
other than what I programmed, and mess me up like
    this, I vaguely recall.

Anyway, I bet it's something like one of these.
