What all needs to be changed to Lean out Open Loop

OL fueling, for start up is way too rich, especially !cats w/ bigger cams etc. I went into the OL modifier and reduced the ratio to make it start around 13.3 and lean out to 14.7, evenly moving the fueling leaner per column much like stock curve. Thats all I changed, and there is no difference when I start the car. Of course when its warm start it leans out much much quicker, as per the ECT vs. table suggests. Is there another area I need to address to accomplish this? Thanks.

i left that table stock and modified the olfa table on mine, leaning the afterstart enriched seemed to fix it for a little but when it totally decayed it was still rich

yeah..OLFA seems to play more imprtant for open loop lean/rich conditions

I would almost think you need to lower the Open Loop Fuel Air table. It calls for rich conditions until the PCM warms up. I tuned my car in SD mode and modified the table so it warms up ~13.0 and eventually settles in @ 14.7 once warm where the factory commands ~11.5 to 14.7 once warmed up between the two tables.
