    2006 Corvette LS2 support?

Haven't heard any estimates lately on when 06 Corvette support might be available. Is it still "any day now" and are there any details about what the differences or holdup are?

the main differnce is the A6 auto. It's a new TCM compared to the 05. Calibrating it is gonna be a real learning curve for everyone.

    Chris...
Gotcha. Will HPTuners work on an 06 Manual C6 now (or whenever the USB cables ship)?

    Thanks

we have some beta testers tuning the M6 LS7's right now. We will probably decide the A6 LS2 plan next week, the A6 TCM is actually inside the trans bolted to the valve body and i'm having hard time fitting my laptop in there... j/k

can you all release the m6 stuff once the testing is done regardless of the a6 status?

yes that is probably how it will go. GM themselves are having a lot of issues calibrating the A6. The trans is a clutch-to-clutch design and has an incredible number of soldenoid, state and pressure combinations and calibrations just to get the thing to shift at all. As an example there are over 100 different shift states the trans could be in at any one time (and that doesn't include the pressure components)!!

Reflashing a few parameters is not really the issue, knowing what to change and what else it affects is the tricky part. Until we get a few tunershops tuning the A6 successfully we won't be unleashing it on everybody.

    Chris..
    Sounds good

Will I need a software update then when you "release" it for the 06 manuals? Or will I be able to use it anyway as soon as I get the cable?

I'll volunteer my car to be a victim I would really like to see an interim release (very soon hopefully) that supports 06 M6 Corvettes. They should be no different than an 06 GTO, right?

Right away I'll just need to disable some codes and tweak some minor stuff...

Awesome! Is there a new version to dowload? Version 2.1.2 didn't recognize the PCM when I tried the other day
