    Hey Guys,

Has anyone tested the new scaling yet?
If so how is it looking?

How is the 4 bar map looking?
Any chance of getting the boost sensor changed to a 4 bar as well?
I know that your busy just looking for an update.

Man, those numbers were amazing! There I was calculating everything, and all. Props you guys. I'm using a 3bar zr1 sensor. I take thats automatically calibrated when I upgrade the OS correct?

    Eric,
    Any updates on this?
Or can you put it into the HACH4K6 for me to test?
I have both a 4 bar t-map and 4 bar boost sensor sitting here ready to go in for testing.

I guess that the Aussie fords have been put on the backburner or forgotten about.
I guess its time to see if danny will change the map calc.Who knows what he's going to charge for that

Interesting comment! I can see how you come to this conclusion.

What does this mean? I am still waiting on the scanner being able to monitor knock a fundamental requirement for tuning. Also 2.25 will not read a 2015 G6ET operating system HAEQ1JB again being able to read a car is fundamental.

I can only imagine how busy you people are with the premature release of 2.25 however expectations have been raised and not met.

OK throwing this out to the people interested and please provide feedback on if you guys have any ideas on if this will work.

Given Eric has not been able to do anything here since April I have a plan

    Here is my idea:

    1. We will need both a boost sensor and a t-Map sensor
    2. I could install these into my car if desired but I wont be able to get boost much beyond 21.5psi so will only be able to check starting, scaling, and general driving.
    3. I will work from the new sensor data to back calculate old MAP and new MAP
    4. I will redo the speed density tables for the new data
    5. I will redo the load based tables from above
    6. I will then put up the base tune for someone to try
    7. Will need advice on possible error codes that may be thrown up and suggestions on weather to turn them off or change values

So kinda like a scaling issue and there might be a quicker way to achieve this (I will go through my LaSoto racing tuning notes).

Anyone interested or have any thoughts to stop this working?

You don't need the boost sensor, my advice is to get rid of it and take it out f the equation.

    Toads.
I want to see if we can run closed loop at 30psi.
So will start with the t-map first and then go to the boost sensor.

Yeah no probs. Danny runs high psi closed loop on his BA.

If you drop a 3.5bar in without changing the slope and offset, when you're running 30.62psi gauge pressure the PCM is going to report 16.46psi (63.4 inHG absolute). Fair difference!!

Great news from bugsy, it WORKS

I have successfully been able to get the 4 bar t-MAP and Boost sensor to work! Whats more I can't believe it was this easy (hopefully this wont bite me later).

We have commanded boost and AFRs working in a range from 28psi to 32psi when bugsy tested it. More to come.

We also have spark tables matching SD Load (yes we are at a load of 3.0+).

Shannon says the car drive like it did before with great fuel trims and just like it did on the standard t-MAP until he hits boost and the AFRs hang around commanded (11.2 versus 11.4).

Early days yet and more testing is happening but real progress.

    Getting closer by the hour.
Just have to do a couple more adjustments.
    But looking very promising.

Darryl has done an awesome job working out the math for this.
Hope to have more on this in the next few days.
