    OK, BRAF adj....140F = 11.6 and 176F-284F = 9.5 g/sec.

What about the wideband, is it working or not. Doesn't seem to be.

Guess you are ready to go tune it.....finally. Still have to say the IAC not getting to 60-80, the MAP being 33-37kPa and the VE being as high as it is doesn't pass my sniff test but it runs, so....

Not sure about the wideband yet, selected the PID under Wideband O2 AEM. You had me flippin, you give the adjustments in metric and the temps in imperial I thought "well something is wrong with this file not showing me the temps"! I have to look into the wideband and how to set this one up correctly. I have 2 LC-2's which are pretty easy to setup but have never used this one before.

Just so I understand, you are using the histogram details to make the idle airflow adjustments, correct?

Oh, a little ways from here. Gauge is showing dashes and I input the linear offset and it reads 17+ in scanner so needs adjusting.

I think the AEM wideband in the list has the correct settings but it is dead lean at 18.5+, gonna mess with it some more but would like to get some pricing from you if you want to shoot me a PM.

When I say dead lean the gauge dashes out it is so far over. I can add to the VE like before, I think it was 125 in the idle region it will come down to 13.5- 14.9 ish depending

Sounds like that is right...add it in. You can give it some pedal and move up in the table and see if the trend continues.

Still a bit confused why the IAC wont come down but go with what the motor says it needs.

So little update here mowton, I went back through my plan book and found that I chose this sensor as it is the same in my Duramax. So I opened the stock file from that and the map values are 43.81 and 366.7. I have saved those in and will try that tomorrow afternoon. I did notice that as I got into the gas the map reading actually went from 30kpa down to around 11kpa. Definitely not correct. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

So its working backwards????? I gave you 366 (assumed to be linear) and 33 (assumed to be offset), very close but you are stating the other way around....does that mean anything? Very weird. Maybe you should try the 1 bar sensor again with the 94 and 10 and see what happens.

    Thanks for the update

Sorry, 366 43, the 10 should be 43.81, but yes it is running lower kpa when throttle is applied.

I haven't looked because I'm not on my laptop, but what do you have stoich set at? Is your injector information loaded correctly? I just read that you have crazy ve values at idle and injectors is where I looked first.

I don't know what is going on with the map, I have changed settings to one bar same, going to load stock file and see what happens with the stock sensor then trace map wires to make sure they aren't damaged in some way.

I used voltmeter on MAP plug and the ground is good and the 5V reference is good with key on. Traced the signal wire to the PCM and no issue there. Not sure where to go from this point as everything seems to be in order.

I load the stock file and in the scanner it shows MAP SAE 101kpa and MAP V 4.82. Here is a log with just key on after loading stock file.

Back to the 3bar OS and key on 0kpa in the MAP 3bar PID. With the same connection change PID to MAP SAE and it reads 105kpa Key on. Tells me that it is something in the scanner or the 3bar PID no?
