Controller Unlocker: x11 Service Not Supported

Trying to read a 2014 C7, and I get this message. controller unlocker: x11 Service Not Supported
I can't seem to find much, on what it means. I downloaded the latest beta, and that didn't make a difference.
I've sent an infolog to support, but no response yet.

I don't believe this can be a locked ECU. Customer states it has never been tuned.

Customer just bolted on an Edelbrock EForce, but this version did not come with tuning.

    Any ideas?

Assuming you have the latest 2.25 installed and that's what you are using, some vehicles require weird combinations of having the driver door open or closed or cycling the key between ECM and TCM writing, writing them together or as separate processes, etc.

Probably the VIN/OS isn't decoded yet.

Most likely has a Trifecta tune and will need to be set back to stock with their software.

No, it's denying access to security unlock, it will do the same thing with the dealer tools.

Customer stated that it wasn't tuned. Hopefully that remains true.
I've tried a combination of doors open, and closed.
    Nothing yet.
Waiting to see if I get anything from support.

    Ecm is locked.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

A wise man once said "google it"
