Boot Loader Download Request Timed Out

I'm unable to get past this step when scanning my ECM. Every attempt leads to 'Failed' during the 'Preparing VCM' step.

    • Battery voltage at the OBDII is 12.56V during these attempts.
    • I tried adding a 2amp charge with no success, so battery voltage was at 14.6 at that time.
    • I am able to see vehicle stats using VCM Scanner (i.e. throttle position change, temp, etc.)

Problem resolved. I had interference from my Dakota Dash interface module, once unplugged I was able to communicate from my laptop to the vehicle ECM.
