I was just about to post the things you asked for when I realized I was also logging equivalence ratio commanded. could this be the cause?

As long as you are logging the AFR commanded and have transformed the WB properly as AFR Sensor, then you should be able to see the AFR err sensor parameter. Make sure they are all sensor inputs......

Here's what you asked for. Thanks for the help. P.S. it's a very short idle log.

OK seems like you were using the wrong math parameter for your error. Should have used the AFR error (see screen shot). Also included updated Graph and Chart group for CMD AFR_WB AFR and AFR Err.

Ok I'll give that a shot thanks so much. Will that also be the fix for the MPVI.1 input not getting data for the WB in the graph and chart?

No you dont need that channel. When you first added that channel, it took the analog input into the MPVI, then you tell the software how to "scale" the voltage into your desired parameter, which in this case is AFR. You transform the MPVI analog channel into your AEM WB input. That is why you see MPVI.1--> AEM in the Channel table. Delete that channel that says MPVI.1.

Here is a screen shot of the transform operation and equation that the software uses to calculate the AFR from the input voltage.

Ok and to make sure I have it strait. I need to delete MPVI.1 from the Channel. And I only need AFR Commanded in the channel right? Or do I need to add AFR error to it also? Other than that I think I've got it.

You need the AFR commanded and obviously the MPVI.1-->AEM channel. AFR Err is a Math Parameter and doesn't need to nor can be added to the Channel. Math Parameters are not a part of the Channel table, only Chat and Graph.

Hey guys, don't mean to hijack here but I'm having a similar issue.

I'm using an AEM wideband into my egr parameter which works fine, but I can't get the AFR ERROR math to work properly. Im pulling hairs over here

Would someone be able to help me out?

Sorry if I've missed anything, extremely busy at the shop today, trying to juggle 10 things at once

You had a parenthesis in the wrong place I think, but that one should work
