    Definition failed to load

    Hi , I am new to tuning and this forum , I bought tuning software so I can play with my truck , can't get to the licensing part , after scanning it tells me definitions failed to load and to contact HP tuners , I did yesterday morning but still have not heard anything back , is there something I can do to fix this problem or is this on there end ,thanks for any help

    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Ok so is there a fix that has to b downloaded or is there something else I need to send over , I emailed the attachment with it thanks

    Any ideas on how long it usually takes for them to get back to ya ?

    if you emailed over the weekend you SHOULD receive a response from us by Tuesday(we play alot of catchup on monday after a weekend but usually can get through everything by the end of the day).
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
