SC forged e85 LS2 When to pull timing for IAT

So with 91 gas and meth/water I was pulling timing for IAT at 140 (-2 then stepped more and more). I dont see these IAT's except after heat soak at the track now running e85 and no meth/water injection.

Is 140 still a good place to pull timing or with e85 can I bump that to 150 and still be safe?
When are you guys pulling timing @ IAT on e85?

I can run 24 deg on 91 with meth/water and 24 all day long with e85 no meth/water and zero knock.

The highest IAT I have ever seen is 147 but its pulling timing in the 1/4 after heat soaking for an hour in the staging lanes.

    I have mine -1 @ 130*F and -2 @ 140*F and -4 @ 150*F and so on in increments of 2.

That is with me running around 14-15psi.

Everybody's setup is different so it is going to take different settings. Just monitor knock retard, if you start getting knock when it starts to heat soak then that tells you when and where you need to have it pull timing.

Just have to find what it likes best.

Ya i know every setup is different but I have never tuned IAT per KR (ever). Have always used it as a safety net to prevent melting things.
Now that im on corn I wanted to know what people are using as a safety net for IAT retard.

u won't have any issues with iat on e85 even around 160 deg so i wouldn't take any timing out till after then, there is no loss in the effects of e85 even with 200 deg f, is your timing on the edge for e85 ? set to max torque or do u still have some leeway cos u will loose torque before u get knock

Last time was on the dyno it was gas. It would take a bit more timing but we stayed at 24 to be safe. So the answer to that is kinda.
