2015 Mustang GT Roush Phase 2 Tune

Can someone clear something up for me?
I have a 15 GT in with a Roush Phase 2 that was installed last summer and Roush's tune loaded.

I have done a read of the ECU and it appears to be a usable file. But a couple years ago I had a 17 Roush Phase 2 in and read the tune and it appeared to be usable but when ever I would make a change and reload the car would start doing strange things. I fought with it for a week. Any time I would reload the Roush file it worked just fine, but if I made a single change to a spark table or anything it would cause all sorts of issues.

So my question at this time is. Is this still the case or if I read this ECU and make an injector change for new injectors will it work or do I have to do something on the front side to make it work?

I feel like this has been beat to death but I can not find a solid answer.

you can flash roush files and edit and adjust normally no issues

When we flash these, should we be writing complete or just the cal?

Hi Guys i have a 17 GT Roush Phase 2 auto looking for the stock phase 2 file, my calibration has been adjusted and causing issues and i dont have the original to return to stock or compare whats been changed can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction? cheers
