Seems like you should email support with an info log and they will be able to help you.

i got exactly same issue with my 2017 Camaro SS E92/T83 A8...Please let me know when get this resolved.

I followed the instructions using version 3.5 (today's) and still can't get past this 50% requesting access error 2.png
Where did you get 3.4+ or 3.5?
Now I understand what the instruction says but I dont know where I can download the updated firmware so..
I am Korean so my English is kinda broken.
I just want to get "Stock File" from the vehicle to send it to custom tune shop in the US.
I don't know how to tune data at this time. I just want to soak the stock file..
Anybody can help me for this process?
I already installed supercharger on my 2017 Camaro SS but I cannot drive it yet for custom tune..
Supercharger manufacturer(Magnuson Supercharger) provided SCT X4 with the kit but it does not work with 2017 vehicles.. Sigh..

There is no version called 3.4 "+", the + was just meant to mean use 3.4 or anything higher than that (i.e. 3.5 beta)
3.5 beta you can get by contacting support if needed
Firmware updates are automatic
Software updates are available on your customer page. The file name will be the same, but a new release is put out every day. So, download latest and re-install
