2011 F-150 5.0l Cam Phaser Lockout

I am working on a 2011 F-150 5.0l and would like to lock out the cam phasers as I have done numerous times on 4.6 and 5.4l. I was looking for info and experience with doing this with HP tuner. On the 4.6 and 5.4 it was as easy as disabling is that still the case in the 5.0l?

why would you do that on this vehicle?
the 11+ cam phasers are a much better design than previous years and do not have issues. The engine would lack in performance and driveability and efficiency with out the phasers active
