Ford 6.7L Diesel injector pulse width - missing PID?

I can't find injector pulse width for the Ford 6.7 could someone point me in the right direction? It seems like it's missing to me.

I think Eric is looking at adding that as well. It is not there, other means are required to log it for now.

Any idea what those other means for injector pulse or duty cycle would be? I have SCT Livelink, Ford IDS, Forscan and Torque Pro..
