    RPMS vs AFR

I would like to know what AFR we should be at during a given RPM for optimum results. Of course I need to get on a dyno to really find out.

    Like:
You should be 14.7 until about 50% throttle, then after it should be
somewhere between 13.0 and 13.5 during more than 50% throttle.
    thanks

    edit: talking about N/A here

You want PE (richer) to come in when you are asking for the most power usually 60% TPS or greater. Stock Vette is ~64% up to 2400 RPM.

ok, i think i understand that

I've heard that you want it a little richer where you make your max torque in the powerband.

    this is what i do:

basically set your PE trigger points depending on when you get load (torque). the example was done on a turbo car, because the load increase is easily visible due to the nature of loading a turbo, but it applies to NA as well.
I just had a report from a GTP owner that it fixed a lot of his knock problems, as they got boost and long gears, thus you create load very easily, yet the PE triggers aren't reflecting the situation.
