RAF changes between morning and afternoon

has anyone come across this? Using the RussK idle files I am trying to set my RAF. SPECS: 370 LQ4, 92mmtb, tbss intake, 212/218 cam, with 4l80e, all in a '97 2500 suburban. It seems every morning when I go out and start up my truck I have my RAF set pretty good for the coolant temp cells. for example once at operation temp in the morning idling up to 198, my 198 cell is around 100lb/hr in gear and maybe 90 in park, and stit are only pulling or adding a couple lbs. Now later on in the day after work or going out, the same cell at lets say 198 now only wants about 55lb/hr or air, the stit are pulling lots of air out, and it seems to be correct otherwise it wants to take off. it feels like once the motor and engine bay is completely heat soaked it wants half the air. same goes for park. I will take some more logs and post them up, I dont have access to my logs right now. How come sometimes in the same cell and the engine at the same temp it wants double or half the amount of air in park and drive. If I lower my RAF then I will stall coming to a stop in the morning. But if I leave it, later on in the day my truck slams into drive or reverse and wants to take off until the short terms kick in and pull air, is there another temp related table I am missing? I hate these idle tables, how can a computer be so smart and yet so dumb.

anyone have an idea of what could be causing this? its driving me nuts, I have my RAF set to the higher side so I don't stall, even though later on in the day its to much air, I would rather it want to take off than stall
