    Missfire Cylinder 4

Any help would be much appreciated!
All started a week ago I developed a miss as I was getting on the highway. Thought well truck has 180k miles time for new plugs(30k on plugs). installed new plugs tr6's same as before gapped at .040. miss persisted so I data logged and its telling me cylinder 4 was missing 4k and above and continued missing for a good bit. installed new coil, wires, both upstream o2 sensors, swapped injectors, cleaned maf, and checked cylinder 4 for bent push rod all Still have the miss. drove another 2 days then pulled plug and looked to be running lean so i went back to stock tune just tuned for cam and small changes. Don't know if its electrical or start pulling head

    Truck Specs
    2008 Silverado 5.3 Vin 3
AFM delete about 6k miles ago
    214-220 cam
    ls6 springs
    cold air

Attached are a data log and my tune. Thank you for any help

    What codes are in it?
Use H/P scanner, perform cylinder balance check.
    Check compression.
    Do cylinder leak test.

Were the lifters changed when the cam was?
    Is this 214-220 cam a AFM/DOD cam?
It appears that once it starts to miss,it continues missing?
Does it miss at idle after it starts missing at higher rpm?
Your log does not show lower rpm <1000 rpm, after it starts missing.
