Power Diving Down in 2nd gear

I have a tune and cant seem to figure out why the power its diving down on 2 gear, runs strong on 1 gear but bogs a little on 2nd, i try working with gearing and timing, the file was from preview owner and im working on it little by little.

tell me what you guys think?

I'd honestly return it to stock and maybe start over. That is one of the worst timing tables I've ever seen. Too much knock that's for sure.

Also it doesn't look like it's fully entering PE because someone maxed out all the TM tables but left the enable torque value at 100%, a number that won't be seen.

Maybe it's just me but I didn't see a "bog" issue at a quick view of the log. Just other things that needed attention. Also without a wideband and commanded AFR being logged it's hard to know exactly what the fueling is doing to see if that is a possible issue.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
