P0221 can be caused by the tune? (LNF in Cobalt)

P0221 OBD-II Trouble Code: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit Range/Performance Problem

Only shows up when on a long highway drive, with the AC on (over an hour long constant drive). If the AC is off, or if the drive with AC on is under an hour, then I don't get the code. Had this code only as described 2X in three months. Overwise all is fine and drives well under every circumstance from DD to WOT. Very strange.

I am tuned mainly only in the high load areas of most tables, for any I have touched, leaving low load areas stock GMS1. So problem it seems to be happening in the low load areas (highway cruise, light throttle), but maybe somehow some limiting tables were adjusted and affected or allowing this code under the special circumstances I mentioned above.

Any thoughts?
