Question Downloaded, Licensed, but won't allow me to reflash...

2013 Camaro ZL1, no problem, downloading factory tune, and licensing it, refreshed the application key, was able to modify and save it (or so I thought)...then, when I tried to reflash the car, get the box pop up like I never licensed it, even though I was able to modify the tune, and it shows up in my license list?

So I try re-downloading the factory tune...it loads the first OS, then...

I get an error box that pops up, when trying to download tune (before it tries to download 2nd OS)...saying it is not readable?

It will not read the 2nd OS and that's when the error box pops up.

The new application key allowed me to "tune" the downloaded tune, but not reflash it....

Anyway, I also have the "stock" tune, and the "modded" tune attached.

Only made a few small changes.

When I connect to car and click on WRITE VEHICLE, the box pops up saying I do not have a license for this VIN???

I have contacted SUPPORT, but hoping someone here can help me or tell me what's going on??

    Resolved thanks to HPTUNERS SUPPORT...

Just have to change the download option on the FSCM box, to say DO NOT READ, instead of READ ENTIRE...problem solved.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I don't stay current because I'm just some average Joe, and not a tuner, per se...

hi my name is Jase. I recently purchased hpt 2 credits for my 2004 gmc sierra 4.8 single cab. I scanned it and save stock tune. Then I changed a few things on the tune. When trying to flash or rewrite the changes. It fails.... or it times out.can anyone chime in thanks.
