What vehicle is the tune for? Looks like 2015 up. Its using MP 14 at WOT according to the rest of the tune.

Look under airflow/electronic throttle pedal pos WOT start and WOT end. From what I understand this is what gets you into WOT Fueling when OP mode is not used.
Every 2015-2016 Roush file I have seen has the same 6500 row axis label. The values can be different (different than 35 etc).
