Oxygen Sensors Fitted

I'm working on a single turbo 2011 Mustang GT. I am wanting to switch to just one O2 sensor in the down pipe. When switching to Oxygen Sensors Fitted 1 does the ECM default to Bank 1 and does the fuel injection strategy stay as MPFI? How are fuel trims handled for Bank two? Are there any other adjustments to the tune that need to be considered when going with one O2 sensor? Thanks for the help.
