2014 l83 CRANKS BUT NO START

Engine swap. Ran for a few test miles then the external inline pump that failed. Replaced with intank pump, replaced high pressure pump. I now show 2000lb pressure at fuel rail during cranking. I show 12 volts at coils during crank but cannot get it to start. Checked all fuses and wiring connections, just don't get it! Any suggestions? Hopefully my file loads as I'm new to this.

    Any logs?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

2000 psi for cranking seems like double too much, check your plugs to make sure they aren't fouled.

Checked the plugs, completely dry, even after cranking. Seems like no fuel and no spark.

Checked plugs. Completely dry even after cranking. Grounded plug, no spark. Seem like no fuel or spark.

Please forgive my ignorance, would that be low pressure? Yes. I have recently installed new in tank fuel pump and external adjustable regulator. There is excellent flow at prime and key cranking.
