    Fried V1 Hardware

My hardware fried 2 days ago i am no longer able to use it. I ordered the new hardware v2 and should be here shortly. Support shared that currently there are not transferring credits for the v2 nor are they fixing v1 any more. It puts me in a bind due to all of those customers I will have to re license again. Currently I have a Viper and some LT vehicles I need to do which i have done before. I going to have to come out of pocket on this. Is there anything you guys can do for now. I dont care to send in my V1 and have it repaired or transferred to another V1 unit I have which is brand new in the box.

You'll need to open a support ticket so we can handle it there.

So V1s that you can still buy from resellers inventory are not being repaired anymore.

We haven't offered a repair option in 2+ years.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

are you still doing exchanges on the v1s?
I was told that was an option for a faulty unit last year.

The hope is we'll have the upgrade paths worked out by late next week. Ultimately it'll be a cheaper and future proof option for our customers.
