Tuning a EEC-IV or V

I am looking for a hack or way to chip and tune my 95 5.0 EEC. I was looking @ EEC Editor, but can't find how to use it or what the hex # mean. What do you guys think?

what is your level of understanding, if you understand a lot, you can go with the EEC tuner, or teeecer.

If you want something that is easy to use, and a good supported product, take a look at the SCT racers package.
