Autometer w/ HP Tuners

Years ago I set up my HPTuners to monitor the Fuel and N2O pressure guages from Autometer. I've finally replaced the old lap top and can't for the life of me remember how to set up the scanner to map the N2O pressure. Anyone done this and can throw the formula out there it would be appreciated.

Just need the pressure at 0 volts and 5 volts to start with.
