    Verification Code

    Currently working with MPVI2.

Why do I have to go to the help tab and have to regenerate the verification code each time I use the Scanner function?
Is this additional step normal for MPVI2? I did not need to go through this step with the older MPVI1

Am I using the right forum for the question?
Should I have to go through this step for verification each time I reopen and start a new scan?

You might want to submit a trouble ticket to HPT.

No you should not go through this step for verification each time you reopen.

You likely have a pc issue of some sort TBH.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
