    New Order - Confirmation? Contact? Anything?

    I placed an order over the past weekend. My order is still "Processing" as of today. I've already tried to reach out via email and support case. Is there an unusual delay in order processing right now or is this typical of new orders? I would've expected some kind of confirmation by now - or at least a response via email or case. Complete radio silence isn't exactly comforting when you're spending $1000.

    what is your ticket number with support so I can look up the status of your ticket at least.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Those two tickets are from 2015, most newer tickets have 6 digits, not 5. Please double check your numbers.

    Yes, sorry. For some reason the last digit got truncated from each:

    161186
    161446
