cammed 5.3L almost stalling when coming to a stop

Cleaning up a previously tuned, unknown cammed 5.3 that would barely start and run. It still needs a lot of work, but i need to get the drivability up before i can really tackle the rest of the tuning. As of now it starts decent and runs decent, just need to get this weird almost stalling issue figured out.

Coming off the highway or just to a stop sign, when the truck is almost stopped the RPM shoot up to about 1100-1200 then it over corrects and pulls down to 400ish rpm it does this a couple times before returning to a decent idle quality.

What do i need to look at to try and get rid of this weird flare? I tried adjusting the base running airflow and it never seemed to get any better. is this a throttle cracker/follower issue?

    log and tune attached.

cracker/follower is usually when you stab throttle and then it dies. sounds you just need to add more air

Where should I try and add air? I messed with the base running aiflow table and didnt see a change?

Did you try IDLE>AIRFLOW> Air Flow Minimum. Make sure it is nice smooth. I usually run 13.00 g/s down low for cammed autos.

thanks, i will try that and see what hapens

looking at my table im in the roughly 5g/s at lower RPM range i will bum it up and see if that helps.
