The tune doesn't look far off from stock to me in the timing tables, just some modification to the high octane table. I'd say 87 octane looks to me to be the reason for your KR. I also noticed your LTFT is creeping up there - you may want to adjust the Stoich to 14.18 for E10 as a baseline rather than 14.68 for E0. That should help the LTFT.
