Assuming you drove around for a good while to get those numbers the fueling looks alright ish, needs less fuel at idle more everywhere else it seems. Everytime you make a VE adjustment you should be resetting your LTFTs in the scanner so it doesn't skew the data. If you put bad data in you'll get bad data out.
A lot of this is trial and error at first but you're on the right track.
